I'm a 28-year old soon to be grad student and a children's book illustrator wannabe.
I was born in Puerto Rico, raised in Connecticut and now live in Central NY with my husband Mike, my dog Gala and my beta fish Rojo.
I love to travel. I love to dance salsa and merengue.
I'm extremely self-conscious. I am a huge bookworm.
I'm horribly sarcastic and I'm stubborn to a fault.
I dream big but am afraid of failing. I'm probably one of the most superstitious people you'd ever meet.
I'm fluent in Spanish. I tend to count on my fingers.
I hate mushy food. I bite the side of my cheeks when I'm nervous.
Oh and I can't swim.
I've always had a passion for art. I don't remember a time where I didn't like to draw.
I have a A.A.S in Graphic Illustration and a B.F.A in Fine Arts. This Fall I'm returning to school for a M.A.T in Art Education.
My life's ambition is to publish my own children's book.
As of right now, I make no money off doing art commissions nor do I work in an art field. This really is my fault due to the fact that I am horrible at marketing myself. I do however am open to doing commissions if the job suits me.

Drawing is the honesty of the art. There is no possibility of cheating. It is either good or bad.
